Sport-Thieme provides a three year guarantee on all products and some products have an even longer guarantee.
Over and above legal requirements, we guarantee that if within 3 years of delivery, a problem arises with the product purchased, we will repair or replace the product.
This guarantee does not include:

Delivery Time
As a rule standard packages will leave our warehouse on the following working day (assuming the product is available for delivery). We use the services of Parcel Force for Great Britain and deliver 3 working days after the package leaves our stores. An estimate of the relevant delivery time for each product is displayed under the product details on the Sport-Thieme Internet site.

Right of Exchange and Return
Should any product not meet your expectations, you can return the product (with the exception of special customer orders) to us within one month of receipt of goods.
